You are strongly advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all the information outlined in these Terms and Conditions before starting your training programme.

The Trainer’s Commitment to You

  • Create a safe, effective, and personalised training programme tailored to your goals.
  • Consider your age, health, lifestyle, occupation, fitness level, preferences, and personality.
  • Support, guide, educate, and motivate you throughout your journey.
  • Provide coaching, supervision, and expert advice during each session.
  • Lead by example with 100% commitment.
  • Be honest if a goal isn’t realistic or attainable.
  • If a session is cancelled by the trainer with less than 24 hours’ notice, an additional session credit will be given.

Health Screening

  • All clients must complete a PAR-Q before beginning training.
  • A medical clearance letter from your GP may be required depending on your health status.
  • The trainer is not liable for unknown or undeclared medical conditions.

Your Commitment as a Client

  • Arrive on time for sessions. Aim to be 10 minutes early for warm-up and stay 10 minutes after for cool-down.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and supportive footwear.
  • Commit 100% to the training programme.
  • Provide any information needed to support your progress (e.g., food diaries, urine samples).
  • Provide additional medical information if requested.

Session Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will be charged in full.

Rearranging Sessions

Sessions may be rearranged with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to trainer availability. If the trainer is unavailable, the original session must be kept or cancelled.

Lateness Policy

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if the client is late.
  • If the trainer is late, time will be added to that session or a future session.
  • If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the trainer may leave and the session may be forfeited.

Payment & Fees

  • Packages must be paid in full before starting the programme.
  • Two-instalment payments are accepted, but each instalment must be paid in advance.
  • Cheques payable to Mr. I. Ivanov. Bank transfer details will be provided by the trainer.
  • Packages must be used within 120 days of purchase.

Training Location & Gym Access

  • All sessions are held at Anytime Fitness Fulham.
  • Gym membership is included with the training package for your scheduled sessions.
  • To use the gym outside of your training sessions, an active gym membership is required.

Additional Terms

If you cancel sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice four or more times within a 12-week period, you may be placed at the end of the waitlist when booking new packages.

Long-Term Absences

In cases of injury, illness, pregnancy, or other long-term absence:

  • Your situation will be handled fairly on an individual basis.
  • Sessions may resume once you are ready to return.
  • If you are unable to return within 6 months, unused sessions may be transferred to someone else or partially refunded.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your chosen package, you will be refunded 75% from your remaining package.
