Book Your Free Consultation & Body Fat / Hormonal Profile Analysis
Your journey begins with an in-depth biosignature assessment — This is a 12 skinfold callipers test that will provide a clear starting point and a snapshot of your hormonal profile which will help me set realistic, measurable goals.
This is the foundation of your personalised transformation plan.

Identify Lifestyle Challenges
Are hidden factors holding you back? Through a detailed Q&A session, we’ll uncover environmental toxins, poor sleep patterns, your cooking skills and other lifestyle barriers that might affect your progress.
Together, we’ll implement strategies to optimise your sleep and well-being.

STEP THREE
Structural Assessments & Body Movement Analysis
A hands-on gym session will help assess your current fitness level and identify any mechanical disadvantages.
This allows me to design the most effective, personalised training program for your transformation.

Get Your Bespoke 6-Week Plan
Based on our assessments, I’ll create a fully customised plan that includes:
✅ Nutrition & Supplementation- based on the biosignature assessment
✅ Tailored Training Program- this will be based on the structural assessment from STEP 3 and current fitness level. It will include a type of training that I have improved and modified training consistently people for the last 20 years with a system called German Body Composition (GBC). It will focus on rapid fat loss, strength, muscle build and improving structural imbalances ALL HEPPENING AT THE SAME TIME!
